I think ghost are living in my house

I just received this email from Liz

Message: When I was little, I always felt like my house was haunted. I hear things, sometimes see things. I wanted to find out the history of the house, but my search is no good. I am not scared, but sometimes freaked out, what can I do? I have my aunts\\\' ashes in the house (wasn\\\'t my idea), and a lot of old things. I have an attic that is sealed off, but some people clam they see a figure walking. I have tried to contact with the spirit, but sometimes I have diffrent results. I don\\\'t want to give up, but I will....but they won\\\'t.

Sounds like we may need some more information from her. What method(s) of contact has she tried using? The attic is sealed off, which may mean that animals could be up there. When people see a figure is there some source of illumination in the attic?
