Need Help with Paranormal Activity

I don't know if I need help getting rid of something as much as I need help controling it. I have always been able to see and hear spirits. My problem is one particular spirit that won't leave. He was mostly around during the times I was alone but recently he is just around all the time. There is no particular time of day or night that he is around. Lately its just constant. What I need to know is how to protect myself from bad energies in the future and how to get rid of him now. He is getting stronger by the day now.

Bubbie, This spirit is attached to you for some reason. You need to let it know that you want it to leave and be firm b/c it will not want to go. You can take pictures of the area that see it in and send the pics to me so I can read them and give you more anwsers.

There are several methods to protect yourself from spirits if you wish to do so. The method that would most likely fit with you depends on your beleif system. I agree that the spirit is attached to you and is most likely feeding off of you. This could be for a number of reasons and is not necessarily dark in nature. If you do not want the spirit around, you simply need to be firm with it, as stated above. If you do not mind the spirit in your life, then there are other methods to deal with it.
